Alexandre Ho Thanh is the Head of Advisory Services at RBA WTS and Grünkorn & Partner Law. He is also a lecturer at the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

He holds an LL.M. in International and Comparative Business Law from the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City, an LL.B. in Law and Political Science from the University of Law and Political Science in Toulouse and has studied at the Institute of Judicial Studies at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

With over 10 years of experience in advising on cross-border transactions, he specializes in corporate and M&A law, banking and finance law, tax and accounting, construction and arbitration. He is also specialized in labor law and intellectual property law.
