Currently working as a Legal Consultant for RBA Asia (a Rosemont International Group company), she has 5 years of experience in the legal industry.

For more than 3 years, she were employed in the construction industry as a legal & contract manager in Vietnam and Cambodia where she gained a deeper experience of the intricacies of stakeholder and project management in Asia. 

she has a master’s degree in corporate engineering from the University of Aix-en-Provence and she is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at RMIT Vietnam. Alexiane Monier lives in Asia since 2017 and speaks fluent French and English.
