Benoit TARDYIntellectual Property (IP) Advisor for an initiative of the European Commission (the SEA IP SME Helpdesk)

Benoît Tardy is the Intellectual Property (IP) Advisor for an initiative of the European Commission (the SEA IP SME Helpdesk) and is currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 

Benoît is French-Colombian and is responsible for advising European SMEs on all IP issues covering the Southeast Asian region. 

After studying science, Benoît decided to study law and currently holds several French University degrees (a double Bachelor’s degree in law and English/American comparative studies, a Master's degree in private law/business law and a Master's degree in intellectual property law/design law). He is fluent in French, English and Spanish. 

Benoît has worked for several law firms/CPIs in France and also had the opportunity to work for a law firm in South Africa before moving to Vietnam in November 2020.
