Emmanuelle LedouxGeneral Director - National Institute of Circular Economy

Emmanuelle Ledoux joined the Institute on October 1 as Executive Director. A graduate in public law and political science, she has worked in the public sector (ministerial offices, local authorities, parliamentary assemblies) as well as in the private sector (consulting firms in communication and territorial engineering), with a particular interest in environmental issues. 

Her mission is to strengthen the Institute's position as a reference organization in France and in Europe, and to develop with its members projects that contribute to the development of circularity in all economic sectors and in all territories.
