Gaël Courcoux has nearly 20 years FMCG experience, starting at Kraft Foods for 5 years (in Marketing and Sales with a coordinating job of the European scope) handling confectionary brands such as Milka, Toblerone, Cote D’Or etc. Since 2007, he has been moving to Bel, starting in Marketing France for 6 years managing different brands including Kiri and Laughing Cow and then handling negotiations with French retailers such as Carrefour, Auchan and Systeme U for 3 years. After 9 years of experience in France with double expertise Marketing, in Sales and Negotiation, he got the opportunity to experience abroad as the Marketing and Trade Marketing Director for Bel in Egypt with new a business model, new retailer landscape and handling P&L within strong devaluation context. After 3 years in Egypt, he has taken since June 2019 the GM position for Bel in charge of the Vietnamese market.
