Philippe FouetHead of Economic Section - French Embassy in Vietnam

Graduated from ESSEC, Philippe Fouet started his career in 1987 in the Economic Department in Indonesia. He has since held numerous positions around the world, including in Vietnam in 1992 as Deputy Head of the Economic Department. In April 2021, he returned to Vietnam as Head of the Economic Service. Philippe Fouet is also the author of two publications: "Les relations entre la France et les pays d'Europe centrale et orientale depuis 1990, La Documentation française", Regards sur l'Actualité - April 1998
