Viet Anh PHAM is Senior Associate at APFL Partners and member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar. Since 2010, she also teaches as a Professor of law in the Master’s degree in French-Asian Business Law of Paris Panthéon-Assas University, in collaboration with the University of Economics and Law of Ho Chi Minh City. Viet Anh holds a Post-Graduate Degree and a PhD in international law at Paris Panthéon-Assas University.
