Join us for an insightful session on ‘Vietnam's policy development in key areas impacting foreign investment’, where we will explore the latest updates on work permits, visas, data privacy, renewable energy, investment registration, global minimum tax and customs procedures.

This event will be co-presented by Mr Minh Nguyen, Partner/Head of Advisory Services at Mazars in Vietnam, Vice-Chairman of EuroCham and Vice-Chairman of Committee No. 1 on Policy Reform of the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Administrative Procedures Reform (ACAPR), and Mr Christophe Cougnaud, lawyer and partner at Mazars, who will provide his expertise on the legal aspects of the topics covered.

In this session, we will focus in particular on the Personal Data Protection (PDP) law, and the associated legal and compliance issues, to shed light on what this means for international businesses operating in Vietnam.
