The conditions for a successful internship for companies, trainees and universities.

The success of an internship depends on the satisfaction of the three stakeholders: the student, the company and the academic institution. The presentation will therefore aim to clarify the expectations of these three stakeholders, in particular to avoid any dissonance between them and, above all, to maximise the professionalisation of the trainee while guaranteeing the validity of the knowledge taught. Experience has shown that there is a high risk that internships will be devoid of content or that university courses will not be sufficiently operational. The challenge of the internship is therefore to find ways for these two worlds to coexist.
