The inaugural conference will explore "The Role of Social Networks in Corporate Strategy"

[Translate to Anglais:]

This event is a collaboration between CCIFV,the French Foreign Trade Advisors and CFVG and aims to initiate a series of conferences, meetings, and exchanges to disseminate transformative ideas in management by juxtaposing innovative practices and recent research on the future of management.

The sessions will feature leaders, young professionals, and academics who will delve into timely topics relevant to businesses in Vietnam, igniting discussions that foster learning and the exchange of ideas. Our goal is to cultivate a vibrant community of managers, a community that learns together, shares experiences, and mutually enriches each other.

Our event draws strength from values intrinsic to French management tradition such as long-term thinking, critical thinking, fostering debate, recognizing all stakeholders, and humanism. These values are particularly well-suited to guide managerial reflection amidst radical transformations.

Join our upcoming conference to connect with the alumni community, who has experienced the excellence of French education firsthand, where we'll explore how our shared background empowers us to thrive in today's global business landscape.

Over the last two decades, most companies have approached social media as an opportunity in an exploratory way. This has led to an enormous amount of creativity and transformation, but also to an increased risk of inefficiency or strategic irrelevance.

It is therefore time to take the next step on the social media maturity scale and move to a more strategic, rationalised and financially sound approach to social media. This means treating social media as a strategic corporate asset and managing it with the same expectations of efficiency and effectiveness as other corporate assets. This strategic management of social media involves, among other things, systematic mapping of all potential impacts (external and internal) of social media, rigorous investment decision process, financial evaluation, performance management (KPIs, target setting, budgeting), organisational and HR alignment, etc.

This event will provide expert perspectives on how to address this transformation of social media into a truly strategic asset for companies. These experts, who come from different backgrounds (social media users, producers, consultants,...), will share with the audience their experiences, but also their points of attention, in order to help you maximise all the potential sources of value (not only those related to communication!) that you can expect from social media.
