Vietnam is one of the pioneering countries in building a national digital transformation plan, with three main components : digital government, digital economy, and digital society. Resolution 52 is the Party's first comprehensive program defining Vietnam's orientation and policy to join Industry 4.0. This bold move shows the country's strong determination to increase its readiness to digital transformation, with the aim to grow the digital economy to 30% of the GDP by 2025.

This will not only benefit the country but also presents significant opportunities for foreign investors in the medium to long term.

The global pandemic has accelerated the shift to digital, across sectors and geographies.

Asian banks have swiftly migrated physical channels online, healthcare providers have moved rapidly into telehealth, insurers into self-service claims assessment, and retailers into contactless shopping and delivery… Now, as we are approaching the post covid era, is the time to reassess digital initiatives.

CCIFV has invited an expert in online visibility, Mr Alex McCardell, CEO of WS Interactive to discuss ways and means of attracting and retaining customers with digital marketing and Mr Erwan Perzo, CEO of Metiseko, who made the choice to shift to online sales.
