Business Forum Slovenia - Vietnam 2024: The event will take place on 24 September, from 8:30 to 12:30 at the Sofitel Plaza hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. In collaboration with the Enterprise Europe Network Vietnam, the Slovenian delegation will host a business forum and B2B networking session between Slovenian and Vietnamese companies.
2024 signifies a momentous occasion – the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Slovenia and Vietnam. To multiply cooperation across diverse sectors, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia represented by Ms Vesna NAHTIGAL, General Manager, SPIRIT Slovenia, the Business Development Agency represented by Mr Rok CAPL – Director of SPIRIT Slovenia, Head of the government delegation, and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Beijing led by the H.E Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia are leading a Delegation of 13 companies operating in the logistics sector to Vietnam from 22 – 26 September 2024, to organise multiple business forums and networking events in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
In Ho Chi Minh City, in cooperation with the Enterprise Europe Network Vietnam, the Slovenian Delegation will host A Business Forum and B2B networking session between Slovenian and Vietnamese-based companies. The primary objective is to develop business relationships with Vietnam-based logistics & international freight forwarding companies, industry players & stakeholders, and present comprehensive supply chain solutions (port, customs, maritime and land transportation to the destination) for cargo exported from Vietnam to Central & Eastern European markets and cargo imported from Central & Eastern European markets to Vietnam.
Targeted participants: for the business networking are primarily: logistics companies, international freight forwarders, shipping line companies calling North Adriatic ports, logistics departments of industrial companies and heavy industry, exporters & importers to/from EU, manufacturers of various goods like cars, steel, chemicals, dangerous goods, pharma, future energetics, foodstuffs, FMCG, perishables, …
