[COVID-19] Suspension of quarantine for foreign experts coming to Vietnam for less than 14 days

Vietnam has lifted the 14-day quarantine for foreign experts, investors, entrepreneurs and diplomats entering the country for a period of less than 14 days. After that period, they can stay in Vietnam if they are still negative for the virus. 

The organisation inviting them must guarantee that it, or an international insurance company, will cover all medical and other costs if they contract the disease in Vietnam.

As of 1 September, Vietnam began charging for quarantine for people coming from abroad, with the exception of diplomats.
