[Members News] The CCIFV congratulates Thales on renewing its IFE support for Vietnam Airlines

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry France-Vietnam is proud to highlight the success of its member Thales, which is strengthening its partnership with Vietnam Airlines through a new FlytCARE maintenance agreement under a contract with VAECO. 

A strategic partnership between Thales and Vietnam Airlines: FlytCARE 

Thales has renewed its agreement with Vietnam Airlines through its FlytCARE services, which cover the management of AVANT in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems, equipping 27 long-haul aircraft such as the Airbus A350 and Boeing 787. With spare parts, repairs, and logistics management, FlytCARE is a maintenance solution designed to guarantee a high level of performance for passenger seating. 

With this new agreement, Thales provides maintenance and spare parts management services at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi and Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. Supported by VAECO, Thales promises direct and seamless assistance, ensuring efficient spare parts management and optimal equipment availability. 

Thales, a key player in Vietnam’s aerospace industry 

Thales has been supporting Vietnam Airlines for nearly a decade through its partnership with VAECO, which handles the airline’s maintenance. By renewing its trust in Thales, Vietnam Airlines is relying on the reliability and innovation of FlytCARE maintenance solutions to ensure smooth stock management. 

Present in Vietnam since 1994, Thales is a major player in the national aerospace sector, providing innovative and tailored solutions at a national level.
