Still confused which French wine pairs best with which kind of French food? Come to our special edition Wine’s Day – A Taste of France and you will find the answers to all your queries. Enjoy an elegant evening of tailor-made cuisine and fine wines. 

Overlooking the picturesque sunsetview from Balcony bar of The Clover at Ngoc Thuy restaurant, this wine dinner is unlike any other. 

Chef Denvers Rattan will be serving up an colorful menu, including: Homemade Foie gras Terrine; Salmon roll with hummus, cucumber and pink pepper; Bun’s with passion fruits; and many more to discover. Each item will be expertly paired with the perfect French wine, and will be explained by wine specialist Arnaud Mirande from Red Apron Wines and Spirits.
