Erwan PerzoCEO - Metiseko

Metiseko is a creative, high-end, ethical, ready-to-wear clothing brand for women and men which took its first steps in 2010. The founding fashion creators were inspired by the local customs and landscapes and they captured the essence of this fascinating country in the original prints that shape Metiseko's European-chic line.

Apart from creative design, Metiseko was consciously conceived with responsibility - both environmentally and socially, opening retail shops in Hoi An, Saigon, Hanoi and a handful of Vietnam's international airports.

In view of the economic situation, Metiseko made the choice to shift to online sales. We will assess with Erwan how he implemented the strategic change within his organization and get some key takeaways of his experience.
