Your responsibilities will cover :
Sales
- Overall ownership of driving revenue within your territory (North Vietnam)
- Develop and maintain relationship with key business partners assigned
- Develop and maintain healthy pipeline of large client prospect
- Actively organize sales calls and present to clients and partners
- Understand client requirement and liaise with IT & operation teams to offer best solution
- Prepare and present business proposal
- Ensure excellent deployment of business solution to clients
- Track and report sales activity and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required by management
- Support other departments and management to help them achieve their objectives as they relate to the sales group
Key Results
- Reaching and exceeding revenue targets
- Maintaining a high level of monthly New Business
Job requirements:
- University Degree or MBA + work experience overseas or in international company
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English – written and spoken
- Dynamic and driven individual
- 8+ years of successful selling track record in B2B direct sales of management solutions or ERP softwares (medium to large companies)
- Experience in selling technology services as a benefit
- Knowledge of the logistics and transportation service markets would be a plus
- Proven team player with exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to present to C-Levels and develop long term relationships
