Mr. Nguyen Truong Hai is the CEO of Saint-Gobain Vietnam, the leading company in areas of designing, manufacturing and distributing building materials in Vietnam market and APAC.

A strong focus on sustainable growth in accelerating innovation and building competent workforce drive him to be a transformational leader in this heavy industry. He is recognized as an entrepreneurial and motivational leader to provide value-added solutions for customers and construction partners in Vietnam. Over 10 years of working at Saint-Gobain Vietnam, he has expanded his responsibilities in setting up manufacturing and distribution activities in Vietnam to achieve strategic business results and to drive outstanding value and workplace happiness in human management.

Mr. Hai is also a motivational speaker who is passionate to share his experience in the mission to inspire and orient community towards sustainable mindsets and actions.

Prior to his commitment at Saint-Gobain Vietnam, he served many key management roles in MNCs company like Nestle, Intel and NEC. He attained an MBA from CFVG and a bachelor degree from HCM University of Technology.
