HCMC: From Fast to Last

On May 10, 2025, the Sustainable Development Sectoral Committee – ESG Task Force host a major event dedicated to the Francophone community, in collaboration with Les Français du Monde – ADFE.

This annual gathering, led by members of FDM–ADFE, is built around three core pillars:

• Sustainable development

• The French-Speaking World

• The representation of the French living abroad

As the main organizer, ESG Task Force Committee reaffirms its commitment to responsible and inclusive growth, while creating a platform for dialogue on key issues facing the Francophone community in Vietnam.

A Full Day of Dialogue on Sustainability and Francophone Engagement

The program include:
• Conferences highlighting the contributions of the Francophone community and French companies to environmental transition
• Interactive workshops, including the Climate Fresk, to raise awareness and engage participants around sustainability topics
• An exhibition space open throughout the day, showcasing committed companies and organizations, featuring product displays, promotions, and on-site sales

High-Level Institutional Guests

The event welcome several key representatives of French citizens abroad, including:

• Ms. Hélène Conway Mouret, Senator for French citizens living abroad

• Ms. Mathilde Ollivier, Senator for French citizens living abroad

• Mr. Yan Chantrel, Senator for French citizens living abroad

• Mr. Baptiste Heintz, President of the group at the Assembly of French Citizens Abroad (AFE)

Alongside these elected officials, economic, institutional, and community stakeholders share insights and initiatives focused on sustainable development and Francophone collaboration.
