CCIFV Highlights its Agrofood Committee at HCMC FOODEX 2025

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam proudly represented French expertise at HCMC Foodex 2025, a key event for the food industry in Vietnam. Held in Ho Chi Minh City, this exhibition annually brings together major local and international players to showcase innovation, quality, and diversity in food products. 

A Showcase for International Know-How 

During this event, the CCIFV supported several member companies of its Agrofood Committee, a collaborative network dedicated to professionals in the sector. Among the exhibitors were: 

• Les Vergers du Mékong: Fresh, natural fruit juices sourced from sustainable local production 
• Bánh Vàng: Soft bread and pastries combining tradition and practicality 
• Saint Honoré: French artisanal bakery, known for its authentic products 
• Eurial & Paysan Breton: Iconic dairy products from the region, combining quality and tradition 
• We Food: Premium dried fruits and nuts, focusing on taste, health, and traceability 

These companies seized the opportunity at the exhibition to meet with distributors, chefs, restaurateurs, retail professionals, and investors seeking innovative and distinctive products. 

A Strategic Positioning in a Growing Market 

Participation in Foodex is part of a development strategy in the expanding Vietnamese market, characterized by: 

• A growing middle class 
• Increasing demand for quality imported products 
• Strengthened requirements for food safety and traceability
