ONLINE: Sector Committee Human Resources & Sustainable Development - Gender equality

This meeting will be held in video conference by Zoom.

CCIFV is planning a joint online gathering of its Human Resources Committee and its Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. 

Participants will hear from two speakers, who have demonstrated a broad experience in the field of Gender Equality. The presentations will be followed by a Q&A to exchange views on the topic.

Political, economic and social equality for women benefits all the whole community. Vietnam has made great steps to increase women’s participation in the economy over the past 30 years. Today, Vietnam has one of the highest female employment rates in the world. 

In this session, we will share views on inclusion, equal pay and career prospects. The participants will be able to discuss ways employers can foster Gender Equality in the workplace.
