[THROWBACK] HN: Celebrate International Women's Day
On March 7, 2025, on the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, the CCIFV organized an interactive workshop in Hanoi on the theme "Do men and women lead differently?". The event brought together around twenty participants in a stimulating environment, fostering discussion and reflection.
The workshop was led by Mai Lam Nguyen Conan, a certified executive and organizational leadership coach, who captivated the audience from the very first moments. Through structured and impactful interventions, Mai Lam provided key insights into the art of debate, persuasion techniques, and leadership dynamics. Her engaging approach encouraged in-depth reflection on the differences and complementarities of leadership styles.
The event concluded in a friendly and engaging atmosphere, with a networking session and a photo opportunity, leaving participants with a valuable and inspiring experience.
