IDEC GROUP ASIA Vietnam has started the construction of Horizon Park Project in Bac Ninh (Vietnam)

IDEC GROUP ASIA Vietnam, a company born from the association between the IDEC GROUP and ARCHETYPE GROUP, offers its logistics project located about thirty kilometers from Hanoi. This Project will be built on 12 hectares of land and includes 70,000 m² of Grade A Storage Facilities.

Our first real estate development in Vietnam

IDEC GROUP ASIA Vietnam is a major real estate player providing build-to-suit, turnkey design-build, investment and energy solutions in Vietnam and Asia. "We have the ambition that this project will be the first of a long series of ambitious Projects that will extend to the whole country in Vietnam" says Philippe Cardot, IDEC Group Asia Chief Development Officer who is in charge of the development of this operation.

A prime location

The Yen Phong 2C Industrial Park in Bac Ninh Province is located close to Hanoi. Located in the Red River Delta region, the Horizon Park Project is located in the heart of this rapidly developing economic area. It also benefits from first-class infrastructure with Noi Bai International Airport 22 kilometres away or the presence of the two main seaports in the north of the country which are located between 100 and 120 kilometres. Our Horizon Park Project thus fully meet the logistics needs of all local industrial and logistics companies.

70,000 m² of Grade A multi-temperature storage facilities

"This Project, which will offer 70,000 m² of storage space, will be developed around four multi-temperature warehouses spread over 12 hectares," explains Philippe CARDOT. These facilities will be available for rent and can be divided into 26 cells of 2,500 m² each. Each typical cell will offer optimal functionality including four loading bays, an access ramp, a modular office block and a storage area. Our Grade A Project will feature a floor loading capacity of 5 tons/m², a clear height of 10.9 meters and a fire protection system that meets NFPA standards.

A sustainable approach

Our Horizon Park has been developed from its inception to be part of a responsible and virtuous sustainable approach, complying with both most demanding local standards and will be LEED Gold certified. The Project will also include a photovoltaic installation on the roof.
