[THROWBACK] EQ Leadership Training
On November 27th, an enriching and educational workshop was held on the theme: How to better understand and collaborate with Generation Z in a managerial context?
The main objective of this session was to bridge the generational gap by exploring the attitudes and specific expectations of Generation Z. Through interactive exercises, sharing sessions, and role-playing, participants were able to exchange their views, express their opinions, and better understand the challenges related to this generation.
Workshop Highlights:
- Understanding Generation Z: The workshop helped decode the expectations and motivations of this generation. What drives them? How do they respond to professional challenges?
- Managing emotions differently: The session highlighted the unique emotional management of Generation Z, which is often more sensitive and nuanced, requiring an adapted managerial approach.
- An open and inclusive dialogue: Whether in group workshops, anonymous keyword sharing, or role-playing, each participant found space to express themselves freely and explore solutions.
This workshop emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence as a key lever for establishing mutual understanding. By adapting managerial practices and developing active listening, this event paved the way for a new intergenerational dynamic.
A big thank you to trainer Ngan Tran for this interactive workshop, and to all participants for their contribution and engagement!
