[THROWBACK] HN: Elevating Collaboration: Practical Approaches and Tools
On Tuesday, December 3rd, CCIFV hosted an inspiring workshop titled "Elevating Collaboration".
A heartfelt thank you to our dynamic coaches, Mai Lam NGUYEN-CONAN, Hong Ha Nguyen, and Khoa Le, for their invaluable insights and experiences. The atmosphere was electric as we tackled barriers to collaboration and explored effective strategies for successful teamwork and effective feedback. The 2-hour session resulted in remarkable outcomes!
Participants engaged wholeheartedly in hands-on activities, where we delved into overcoming collaboration obstacles and identifying key enablers for success. One of the highlights was using the Lego Serious Play method, which encouraged creativity as we built structures symbolizing collaboration and teamwork—an enjoyable and thought-provoking experience that sparked fresh perspectives!
